NEW HSK (XHSK) The new HSK test consists of an oral and a written part, which are independent of each other. The written part has 6 levels (levels 1 to 6) and the oral part 3 levels (elementary, intermediate, advanced). The XHSK lists constitute the lists in force since 2010 (level 4 of the XHSK would be between levels 1 and 2 of the old hsk).
